These terms apply to everyone who uses rev.africa. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. The service

rev.africa is a free directory of companies operating in African countries and a platform for customer reviews. We do not sell products or services of the businesses listed and we are not a party to any contract between you and a business.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and write reviews.
• Give accurate information and keep your password safe. One person, one account.
• We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms, are used for spam, link-building or fake reviews.

4. Reviews

• Reviews must describe your own genuine experience with the business.
• Do not write reviews about your own business, your employer, a competitor, or in exchange for payment, discounts or other benefits.
• Do not post content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, threatening, discriminatory, obscene, infringes someone's rights, or contains personal data of others (for example phone numbers or home addresses of employees).
• You keep ownership of your review. By publishing it you give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to display, store and reproduce it on rev.africa and in our promotional materials for as long as it is published.
• We may moderate, refuse or remove reviews in line with our Moderation Policy.

5. Business profiles

Company information may be published from public sources. We list companies (legal entities) only. Business owners can claim their profile for free. See our Business Terms.

6. Prohibited use

• Manipulating ratings, creating multiple accounts, automated scraping or posting.
• Uploading malware, attempting to access systems or data without permission.
• Using the site to send spam or unsolicited advertising.

7. Reporting content

Anyone can report a review, photo or profile using the report button or by email to [email protected]. See Report a Problem. We review reports and act on illegal content quickly.

8. Liability

Reviews are opinions of their authors, not of rev.africa. We do our best to keep business information accurate, but we cannot guarantee it is complete or up to date. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Changes and termination

We may change these terms. Significant changes will be announced on the site. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and nothing in these terms takes it away. We prefer to resolve any issue amicably first — please contact us.
