How do I write a review?
Find the business, open its profile and click "Write a review". You need a free account with a confirmed email address.
I did not receive the activation email.
Check your spam folder. You can request a new link from your account page. If it still does not arrive, write to [email protected].
Why is my review not visible?
Some reviews are checked by a moderator before publication. This usually takes up to 48 hours.
Can I edit or delete my review?
Yes, in your account under "My reviews".
How do I delete my account?
Go to account settings, or email us from the address you registered with.
How do I claim my business?
Open your business profile and click "Claim this business". See For Business.
Can I remove a negative review?
No, but you can reply to it. If a review is fake or breaks our rules, report it and we will check it.
Is it really free?
Yes. rev.africa does not currently charge businesses for anything.
My business details are wrong.
Claim the profile and correct them, or send the correct details to [email protected].
