Nestled between Gasabo and Kicukiro Districts, Nyandungu Urban Wetland Eco-Tourism Park spans 120 hectares of land. This park provides visitors with the opportunity to explore natural landscapes and observe wildlife in the Nyandungu Valley. It includes ornamental ponds, eastern gallery forests, medicinal plant gardens, paved walkways, restaurants, information centres, and recreational facilities.

The park was established by the Rwanda Environment Management Authority (REMA) in 2020 to promote environmental conservation, educate visitors, and enhance local community well-being. Open seven days a week from 6am to 6pm since its official opening on July 8th, 2022, it offers guided tours and cycling services.
